I was looking for a memory foam bed but not just any memory foam bed. I wanted a 14" bed. Most of the ones I saw cost an arm and a leg and were either 10" or 12". I was prepared to buy a name brand bed because my sister has a king size and brags, how great it is and it helps with her hip problems, etc. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on a bed, either. I researched hundreds of beds and we got the perfect bed. The first night we set up the bed I noticed the difference. Immediately! The quality of The Ultra - Pedic 12" is just what I dreamed of in my new bed. It fluffed up in less than an hour. The cover is nice and high quality looking. It feels sturdy, supportive and more importantly, I know it's made well and will give us years of great night sleep. My husband noticed it the first night. He came to bed, moaned how comfortable it felt, moaned again and fell asleep in a snap. When we woke up the next morning, it was 2 hours past our regular wake up time. I have had this excellent dormia mattress now over a year. It feels and sleeps as well as the first day I got it. I have read and believe people complain over everything. I am a large man over 300 lbs and my mattress is wonderful. I am just as comfortable in the winter as well as I am in the summer. It never gets to warm and perfect for the winter. Hello, I could not love my bed more! I shopped far and near - tried pretty much every brand of memory foam mattress available, and compared prices. So, when I found this one on eBay, I was nervous about buying something that expensive unseen, but for the price, I decided to take a chance - nearly half the price of that one and up to 1/4 of the price of others we looked at. I contacted the company to make sure that the head rose to an angle of over 45 degrees because I read in bed, and then
ordered it. The bed came in about a week even trough that terrible storm in November shut pretty much everything down for several days. I feel the quality of the bed is very high - it's better than most we tested. We've never had an adjustable bed, nor a memory foam, but we will never have anything else. Dear Alain: Our brother Tim was noticeably happier and excited at this year's Annual Down Syndrome Organization Christmas party. He danced several dances on the floor and walked on and off smiling and with straight-up posture. He even ignored another fellow who wanted to cut in on him. With the arthritis I live with I found it almost impossible to sleep through the night without pain medication.
