Hello Ryan, My name is Jim Sorrell and I bought an Ultrapedic-12 mattress from you a few weeks ago.
The last few mattresses that I've owned were OK the first week or so, then the back aches started and continued to get worse.
With this mattress, it's just the opposite. The first couple of nights were so-so, but after that, WOW ! I haven't awakened with a back ache in a couple of weeks.
I sleep through the night without tossing and turning much more often than I ever did before. This bed just keeps getting better !

Hello, I could not love my bed more! I shopped far and near - tried pretty much every brand of memory foam mattress
available, and compared prices. So, when I found this one on eBay, I was nervous about buying something that expensive unseen, but for the
price, I decided to take a chance - nearly half the price of that one and up to 1/4 of the price of others we looked at.
I contacted the company to make sure that the head rose to an angle of over 45 degrees because I read in bed, and then
ordered it. The bed came in about a week even trough that terrible storm in November shut pretty much everything down
for several days. I feel the quality of the bed is very high - it's better than most we tested. We've never had an adjustable bed, nor a memory
foam, but we will never have anything else. The mechanics are smooth, and we love the massage. Jody , Seattle Washington
