The transmission light will flash slowly and then flash rapidly. Continue to hold for 5 seconds and then release the buttons.   Your remote should now be programmed to operate your bed.   To program your favorite position and massage: 1.  Take the bed to your desired setting. 2.  Hold the set position button for 5 seconds. 3.  Press the "P" button for 5 seconds. 4.  To return to the desired setting press the "P" button.
